Be sure to pay attention to these points when producing knitted sweaters!
Knitting processing refers to a series of production processes and techniques used to make yarn into knitted sweaters. Sweaters belong to knitted fabrics, which can be further divided into weft knitted fabrics. Sweaters are made by winding yarn into coils that are worn in a regular manner. So, what issues should be noted when producing knitted sweaters? Let the editor from the knitting factory explain to you one or two.
1. Before cutting, it is important to test the fabric shrinkage and adjust the pattern according to the shrinkage. This process is very important.
2. The primary process for knitted sweater clothing is edge stitching, which depends on the density, width, color of the thread, and whether the quality of the stitching meets the requirements.
3. The issue of hand gestures for edging. For example, when making two pants legs, there is usually a phenomenon of length in the factory. To reduce the distance between the long and short pants legs, it is necessary to require the hand gestures of the machinist. The first leg of the pants was pulled up towards the crotch, so the lathe worker was asked to slightly pull the fabric. When changing to another leg, it was pushed towards the hem of the pants. At this time, the fabric cannot be pulled, but should be pushed.
4. The issue of heat shrinkage of accessories. Sometimes, knitted sweaters need to be paired with some auxiliary materials such as ribbons and rubber bands, but the shrinkage rate of these auxiliary materials is difficult to match with the fabric. In this case, the factory needs to first request the fabric to be pre shrunk (pre shrunk by a pre shrinking machine), and various auxiliary materials with shrinkage rates can be pre shrunk before making.
5. Post ironing is very important. The long and short sleeves, as well as the pulling and deformation of various parts that occur during the processing, can be adjusted through ironing. It can be said that most knitted sweaters rely on ironing.
6. The rest are the usual local practices to pay attention to.
